Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Meeting Support Specialist to join our team at Forrest Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining training and conference rooms to meet client specifications.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are committed to delivering high-quality work, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up training and conference rooms according to client requirements.
  • Move airwalls between training rooms to adjust room size as needed.
  • Place training materials on tables as clients request.
  • Clean up leftover materials after meetings are completed.
  • Perform various tasks related to room setup and breakdown, including moving and organizing furniture.

  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Strength: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, and move tables, chairs, and partitions as part of the room setup process.
