The compensation package includes a highly competitive salary guarantee with signing, relocation, and quality bonuses. The productivity incentive (RVU that exceeds guaranteed salary) is earned in lieu of the guarantee. The group also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO and a compensation range of $245,755 - $296,789 per year.
