About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team at AquaPhoenix Scientific. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and timely receiving of critical inbound freight.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. If you have excellent problem-solving skills, can multitask with ease, and possess a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

About the Job
  • Accurately control the flow of incoming small parcel orders, shipments, and equipment. Verify, catalog, track, and sort as appropriate, including order information, production condition, quantity, and contents.
  • Report receiving or invoice discrepancies immediately; document and make recommendations to resolve.
  • Input and update shipments in our ERP/Inventory system and use Microsoft Office applications daily.
  • Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment for material handling purposes. (Must be able to pass operating and written test. Training will be provided by the company)

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' work experience in a shipping/receiving/logistics environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but advanced training or degree is welcomed.
