">This full-time Registered Nurse position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a member of our Community Living Division, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans that promote optimal health and well-being.
">Responsibilities
">Your key responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- performing face-to-face evaluations with individuals in their homes to assess their specific issues">
- reviewing medical charting and medical appointment summaries to ensure compliance with the Department of Mental Health">
- reviewing lab results and establishing protocols for necessary labs and follow-up">
- reviewing physician orders for accuracy and staff compliance">
- monitoring medication administration records for accuracy and employee compliance">
- providing delegated nursing tasks, specialized instruction, and supervision for the needs of individuals">
- maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality at all times">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- a graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution">
- a current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse">
- prior experience working in behavioral health or group home settings">
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)">
- CPR certification (BLS)">
Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $74,000-$90,000 per year, plus participation in our 2P Plan. Additionally, we offer medical, dental, vision insurance, referral bonuses, on-demand pay, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
