Job SummaryJourneyman Tree Trimmer performs work to include trimming trees, clearing brush, maintaining the right-of-way, and providing general maintenance of Tillamook People's Utility District facilities near power lines. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and physical stamina to perform tasks in trees up to 200 feet or more in height.

Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualifications for this position include:
• Line clearance certified tree trimmer with a union journeyman's tree trimming card
• Class A CDL/Tanker Endorsement and Flagger Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Herbicide Right-of-Way Applicator's License or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 45 days
