About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Riverside Medical Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote general comfort, well-being, and safety.
  • Assist in receiving and transporting patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Participate in the observation of patient conditions and promptly report changes to the primary nurse.
  • Document patient care or unit tasks in electronic medical records as per policy.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs, communicate patient/family requests or concerns appropriately, and immediately.
  • Demonstrate competency in care procedures, including Foley catheter insertion, enemas, vital signs, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • CPR certification preferred.
