We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in various areas of civil construction, including pipe, earthwork, motor grader, and asphalt operations.

• Lead a team of experienced professionals in pipe, earthwork, motor grader, and asphalt operations
• Monitor and oversee job progress, providing daily feedback to team members
• Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
• Develop and implement effective training programs for team members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman in civil construction
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to train and lead a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
