About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper & Laundry Assistant to join our team at Bridgepointe Health Campus. As a Housekeeper & Laundry Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping: Ensure all residents' rooms and common areas are clean and tidy, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Laundry: Process and maintain the cleanliness of residents' laundry, ensuring it is delivered to their rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the facilities team in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping and laundry services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attitude: A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
