Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Pediatric Infectious Diseases faculty member to join our team at UCSF Fresno. The successful candidate will hold a faculty appointment with and be part of the UCSF Pediatrics Department in San Francisco.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching medical students and residents
  • Leading pediatric Antibiotic Stewardship (AS) and Infection Control (IC) programs at a large Regional Medical Center
  • Providing specialty care to patients on both teaching and non-teaching services
Requirements
  • Completed a residency in Pediatrics
  • Subspecialty training in Pediatric Infectious Diseases
  • Training or experience in Antibiotic Stewardship (AS) and/or Infection Control (IC)
  • Board certified in Pediatrics and board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases
  • California Medical license or eligible to obtain
