Job Summary:

C&W Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Janitor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating janitorial staff, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, and training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect work areas to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints regarding janitorial services in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
