Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized plans of care that reflect current evidence-based practices and the assessed needs of the patient/family.
  • Provide direct care to assigned patients in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner, consistent with the established plan of care and identified patient priorities.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to derive measurable outcomes from diagnoses that are culturally appropriate, realistic, and attainable.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care, revising as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree - Nursing
  • One year of experience in Nursing as a Registered Nurse
  • SC Licensed RN - Registered Nurse
