Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up the bar area efficiently and ensure it is well-stocked and organized.
2. Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
3. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
4. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and lounge areas.
5. Follow all relevant state liquor laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
6. Assist in managing inventory levels and complete requisitions as necessary.
7. Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Previous experience in bartending is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
