As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of our patients, helping them to recover from conditions such as stroke, neurological disease, injury to the brain or spinal cord, and other debilitating illnesses or injuries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and administer physical therapy interventions, including modalities and exercises, to help patients achieve their maximum potential.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
