Tanning Salon Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tanning Salon Supervisor to join our team at Sun Tan City - Mason Group. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example, motivating and coaching team members, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment. This role involves managing daily operations, generating sales reports, and assisting with other salon director functions.

About the Role
This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach team members to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have management experience, basic computer skills, and excellent communication abilities. A college education is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon
Lead by example in all company operations
Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment
Establish clear goals and objectives for team members
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve team members' daily performance
Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other salon director functions
Assist the salon director in controlling top line revenue and expenses
Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs
Able to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage
Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This amount includes benefits such as paid time off, medical insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
