**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to organize and oversee nursing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating organized orientation and training programs for all newly hired employees. They will also assist in the planning and coordination of training programs for all departments within the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate organized orientation and training programs for all newly hired employees.
  • Plan the annual and monthly training program calendar in collaboration with other facility management team members.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of training programs for all departments within the facility.
  • Maintain appropriate training records and program material as required by Federal and State regulations.
  • Assume a proactive role in resolving resident issues and concerns related to assigned areas of responsibility.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Clinical Educator, preferred.
  • Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare.
  • Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration.
  • Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and stress management skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Valid RN license.
