LPN Caregiver

We are seeking an LPN to join our skilled nursing team at Northern Metropolitan Residential Healthcare Facility in Monsey, NY.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, focusing on rehabilitation, wellness, and quality of life.

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians and dentists.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, breathing rate, and blood pressure.
• Treat and dress wounds, bedsores, and other skin conditions.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and delegate tasks as needed.
• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor food and liquid intake and output, ensuring proper hydration and nutrition.

• Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York State.
