We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Somerset Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients, administering medications and treatments as assigned.
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
  • Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families.
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
  • Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
  • Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
