Competitive Compensation Package

Job Description: Clinical Leader
  1. Provide high-quality case oversight to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
  2. Conduct initial intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.
  3. Supervise Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Collaborate with families to provide consistent caregiver guidance and support.
  5. Work closely with our Clinical Manager and other BCBAs to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Current BCBA licensure and certification.
  • Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Demonstrated passion for behavioral science and commitment to disseminating best practices within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
