Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation data varies by zone, with Zone 1 offering $60,000 - $80,000 annually, Zone 2 offering $70,000 - $90,000 annually, Zone 3 offering $75,000 - $95,000 annually, and Zone 4 offering $75,000 - $95,000 annually.

Job Requirements

We are seeking candidates with experience in leadership or management and the building products industry. Manager Trainees will be part of a tracked development program to become Branch Managers within a year. Key qualifications include strong leadership skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Additionally, a basic understanding of income statements and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for assuming complete accountability for profit and loss within the distribution center. You will coordinate and direct branch operations by directly supervising sales, yard operations, and office functions. You will also ensure that the distribution center maintains a positive impact on customers by evaluating opportunities for improvements and expanded services in the area.
