Mercy is seeking a skilled Cardiac Surgeon RN to join our team in a full-time, night shift position. As a member of our critical care team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate care to critically ill patients in a 28-bed, fully monitored unit
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Manage complex patient conditions, including chest tubes, lytic therapy, and high-flow oxygen systems
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities with Neuro Trauma PCU and ICUs
  • Contribute to a team-oriented, supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
