Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Full-time
Shift:
12-hour night shifts
Compensation:
Annual salary of $72,000 to $94,000
Incentives:
Eligible candidates who enter into a three-year employment agreement will be offered a $20,000 signing bonus along with relocation support.
Relocation Assistance:
We provide a thorough relocation package to help cover the expenses associated with moving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' health conditions and formulate tailored care strategies.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status, alerting the healthcare team to any significant changes.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and self-management practices.
- Maintain precise medical records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Arizona.
- At least one year of experience in an emergency care environment.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Capability to stay composed and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
