Center Medical Director Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned medical professional to lead our team as a Center Medical Director. This role involves overseeing the medical policies and programs at one of our assigned centers, ensuring high-quality occupational healthcare services to patients and clients.

Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have five to eight years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings. They must be a graduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O. and be board certified by ABPM, ABFM, or a medical board in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice. They must also have licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities and Expectations: The Center Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the medical policies and programs at one of our assigned centers. They will spend 100% of their time in a center, providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience. They will also collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure. Additionally, they will monitor key clinical center metrics, manage clinicians and support staff, and create a professional working environment that promotes teamwork and quality outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits: Our Center Medical Director will receive a competitive base compensation rate in the range of $254,000 to $305,000, depending on job-related factors. They will also enjoy many benefits, including working hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with 30+ days off per year. They will also receive training in our best-in-class Occupational Medicine Process Management Model, medical malpractice coverage, CME allowance/time, and more.
