Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Wash specific items by hand, such as wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in a manner that promotes organization and accessibility.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, particularly during peak hours.
  • Monitor the operation of washing machines and report any technical or performance issues to the management team.
Requirements
  • Efficient and organized personality with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
