Condominium Portfolio Supervisor

Complete Staffing is collaborating with a prestigious Condo Management firm seeking a proficient Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 15 condominium properties. This role involves direct interaction with property boards and managing all tenant relations and financial aspects.
Essential Certifications: CMCA and/or CAM certifications are required for this position.
Compensation: Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities, demonstrate self-motivation, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Previous experience in property management or service on a property Board of Directors is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of properties, including maintenance services and coordination with external contractors/vendors.
- Serve as the primary contact for all resident inquiries and requests related to building issues.
- Initiate service orders with maintenance personnel or specialized vendors/contractors.
- Assist in the creation and management of budgets for each condo association, overseeing accounting and financial reporting.
- Monitor contracts for compliance and manage costs effectively.
- Coordinate with the account manager to ensure all administrative documents meet compliance standards, including insurance and assessment collections.
- Solicit bids for maintenance and construction projects, develop scope spreadsheets, and participate in contractor selection.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to contract specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all property management documents and operate properties in accordance with these guidelines.
- Perform various job-related duties as assigned, including support for general property management issues and administrative tasks.
- Respond to owner phone calls and inform residents of policies and procedures.
- Address emergency issues after hours as necessary.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in condominium property management and direct experience working with a Board of Directors. A CAM license is mandatory.
Additional qualifications include:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in budget creation, financial tracking, and providing updates.
- Effective leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree along with Community Association Management (CAM) certification or higher in property management is required. A minimum of 2 years in condominium property management, including management, customer service, supervisory, administrative, and accounting experience is essential. Experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or related fields is a plus. Proficiency in all MS Office applications is expected.
