Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatics Manager to join our team at SafeSplash Swim School Elk Grove.

SafeSplash Swim School is a rapidly growing swim school with a proven curriculum. We are passionate about bringing our expertise to this region and building a team of dedicated and talented swim instructors.

The Role:

As an Aquatics Manager, you will be responsible for leading our swim center operations, developing strategies to grow the business, and managing customer service expectations. You will work closely with our General Manager to establish and maintain a customer-focused vision and strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth while optimizing margins.
    • Responsible for effectively hiring, training, scheduling, enrollments, and marketing.
  • Customer Service:
    • Responsible for managing customer service expectations and providing exceptional support to customers.
    • Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner that supports SafeSplash's mission, vision, and values.
  • Team Management:
    • Responsible for organizing and developing an effective team that is motivated to deliver excellent service and grow the business.
    • Responsible for attracting and hiring quality individuals who possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience required to fill open job positions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate, supervise, and develop staff
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal and strong telephone presence)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work any day of the week
  • Strong computer skills
  • Lifeguard Trainer Certification (a requirement for this position)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week, including weekend availability. The salary range is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) matching and employee discount.

Location:
