We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Traverse City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, educating customers and staff about our products and values.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Process transactions at our Point of Sale system.

Requirements:

  • A passion for food and cooking with fresh ingredients.
  • A strong interest in and knowledge of locally grown fruits and vegetables.
  • An energetic spirit and a desire to work as part of a team.
  • High standards and an unwillingness to compromise on quality.
  • Some retail experience working in a small specialty retail shop.
  • Public interaction experience.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends, including Sundays.

Compensation:

$15-$16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
