About the Role

As a Senior Post Producer, you'll be responsible for leading our production teams in delivering high-quality content to our clients. You'll supervise the post-production process, from ingest to final delivery, and ensure that all elements created by the team meet the highest standards of creativity and technical excellence.

You'll work closely with the Agency Producer and Creative teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and will be responsible for resolving conflict issues related to budget expenditures and schedule status.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise project pipeline from ingest through to final delivery.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure feedback is addressed in a timely manner.
  • Manage in-person sessions with creative and clients with post-studio artists.
  • Resolve conflict issues relating to budget expenditures and schedule status.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Post Producer role.
  • Experience in the beauty category is preferred.
  • Excellent client, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work under tight and changing deadlines.
  • A deep understanding of post-production costs and workflow.
