Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Sevita. As a member of our multidisciplinary Early Childhood Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating treatment and implementing services for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outreach services to children and families, including consultation with team members to develop individualized plans and multidisciplinary services.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client records, including IFSPs, assessment of client functioning, and goals.
  • Document client progress, required contact with collaterals and family members, and DPH forms and regulations.
  • Complete billing documentation according to established schedules.
  • Adhere to professional standards and guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and remain compliant with billing and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments, as needed.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
