Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist Weekday, your day will be filled with evaluating patients for all age groups and providing therapeutic treatment. You will work closely with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care. Your responsibilities will include:
Evaluating patients for all age groups within the department's responsibility.
Providing therapeutic treatment for all age groups within the department's responsibility.
Completing all documentation required within the regarded timeline according to department.
Identifying the needs of the patient population served and modifying and delivering care that is specific to those needs.
Communicating with patients, parents, and/or primary caregivers at their level of understanding.
Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school.
Minimum 0 to 2 years experience.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
Physical Therapist License.
Working Conditions:
Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 100 lbs. and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day.
