We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our property in Harrisburg, PA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to supervise a team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the maintenance team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
- Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
- Diagnose and repair maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
- Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
- Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
- Operate computers and other technological devices to access email and company software.
- Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain the physical condition of the property.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools.
- Building maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
