Job Summary:

The Clinical Aesthetician will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, delivering personalized skincare treatments, and promoting a culture of excellence within our esteemed skincare clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their skincare needs and objectives
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans, including clinical facials, extractions, and chemical peels
• Educate clients on treatment processes, pre and post-care instructions, and product recommendations
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the growth and development of the clinic through suggestions and ideas

Requirements:

• CA State Aesthetician license required
• Medical Assistant certification
• 2+ years of aesthetician experience desired
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in handling cash and credit transactions
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and use of hands and arms
• Occasional periods of sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, or balancing
• Pushing and pulling heavy objects and/or machinery
