Job Description

As a Truck Driver - Livestock, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe transportation of livestock and agricultural products. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Transport livestock and agricultural products across the country, following strict safety guidelines and regulations
- Load and unload products with the ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain accurate records regarding headcount and weights
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, checking for defects
- Maintain truck and trailer, including washing both, including removal of manure

Requirements
- Valid CDL/DOT Class A driver's license, with all endorsements except buses
- One year over-the-road driving experience and/or equivalent training from a certified driving school
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
