Key responsibilities include:

  • Companionship and social interaction to foster meaningful relationships
  • Meal preparation, grocery shopping, and housekeeping to ensure a comfortable living space
  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, with a focus on maintaining client dignity
  • Medication reminders, health monitoring, and effective communication with healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring client safety and maintaining a clean and organized environment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Empathy and a people-oriented mindset, understanding others' emotions and perspectives
  • Authorization to work in the US and a successful background check
  • Reliable transportation to fulfill work duties
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships and engage with clients
  • Ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of caregiving
