Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to the cleaning crew and ensure they meet the required cleaning standards.
  • Schedule employee shifts and arrange replacements as needed.
  • Meet with clients daily and communicate with management.
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
  • Provide housekeeping staff with training and support.
  • Clean assigned working areas and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are distributed efficiently.
  • In the event of a staffing shortfall, perform various cleaning tasks.
Requirements
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines and cooperate with staff and management.
