Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Voter Registration Canvasser. As a key member of our Outreach Team, you will play a crucial role in registering new voters who are passionate about protecting access to safe and legal abortion in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner to deliver a compelling campaign message and collect survey answers from voters.
  • Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills and strictly follow the campaign's safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about progressive politics and fostering democracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Hard worker who can stay motivated to engage with the community.
  • Culturally competent and able to respectfully engage with teammates and the community.

What We Offer:

  • $22/hour for canvassers and $24/hour for Team Leaders.
  • Driver bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals.
