We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cadre Instructor to join our team at the Montana Youth Challenge Academy. As a Cadre Instructor, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, healthy, and highly-structured environment for program participants to learn and grow.

• Develop and implement life skills and leadership training programs for youth at risk of high school dropout.
• Model positive behavior and provide guidance to program participants on healthy life habits, coping skills, time management, and personal accountability.
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and maintain the safety and welfare of program participants.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in youth development and leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience working with youth, preferably in a residential or academic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks, and obtain a valid Montana driver's license.
• Commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
