Pastry Artisan

At The H and S Family of Bakeries, we're seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our team. As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Your attention to detail and passion for baking will ensure that every item that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards.

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet and savory items
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
• Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation
• Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a positive experience

• 2+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
