Medical Director Opportunity in Suburban Charlotte

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced colorectal physician to join our dynamic team at Physician Empire.
About the RoleAs a medical director, you will play a vital role in leading our surgery department and contributing to the growth and success of our practice. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of Da Vinci-trained physicians who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of surgeons in performing complex procedures such as hernias, gall bladders, and appendectomies.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our service line and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain a call schedule of 1:4 and occasional ED call, ensuring seamless coverage for our patients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in colorectal surgery or fellowship training in a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and the wider physician community.
- A willingness to market and network to promote our practice and attract new patients.
We offer a competitive salary range of $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
