Job Description

Corporate Positions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, medical, and HIPAA standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of field and management staff, ensuring the growth and development of our programs.
  • Coordinate internal compliance reviews and monitoring activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual audits as required.
  • Serve as the local privacy officer, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Develop and manage the office budget, creating guidelines and processes to meet agency budgetary expectations.
  • Develop marketing plans and establish connections to build and maintain referral sources.
  • Oversee the insurance authorization process, manage visit schedules, complete payroll, and address any issues or complaints.
  • Participate in evening and weekend on-call services as required.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain Medicaid and state survey readiness.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related healthcare program.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • Demonstrated history of positive performance results, preferably involving sophisticated and meaningful customer relationships that led to outstanding results.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task while excelling in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills to interact effectively with patients, family members, referral sources, and the community.
  • Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices as well as state and federal regulatory requirements.
