Caregiver Coordinator

Care for others with independence and empowerment through our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services Program (CDPAS/CDPAP).

Competitive hourly rate: $17.55

As a CDPAS/CDPAP caregiver coordinator, you will work closely with consumers to recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, and dismiss their personal assistants. This program promotes independence and consumer empowerment, allowing individuals to take control of their care and make informed decisions about their lives.

• Work with consumers to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified personal assistants to support consumers in their daily lives.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure personal assistants are equipped to provide high-quality care.
• Collaborate with consumers and their families to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in home care and consumer-directed care to provide the best possible support to consumers and their families.
