We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality patient care in a post-critical care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to post-critical care patients, including those who are ventilator-dependent or require monitoring.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Current RN licensure and ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and Pharma certifications.
- Experience working in a post-critical care setting, preferably with tele experience and float to MS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
