Job Title: MS Power Apps Platform Engineer

At CV Library, we're seeking a highly skilled MS Power Apps Platform Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable platform solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop platform solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of complex platform projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Develop and optimize prompt engineering methodologies to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with AI and machine learning teams to design, test, and implement effective prompts for various use cases.
  • Continuously monitor and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve user experience and system efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform, Copilot Studio prompt engineering, and related technologies.
  • Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and platform management.
  • Continuously experiment with new techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI-driven solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and reliability of platform solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to platform performance and stability.
  • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Lead technical discussions and guide the engineering team in adopting best practices for platform development and prompt engineering.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform engineering, software development, or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI & Custom Connector).
  • Strong expertise in building observability and reporting solutions.
  • Proven experience in prompt engineering and developing AI-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
