As a Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in learning our process, developing relationships, and leading a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referrals.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
  • Foster a culture of leadership development, recruiting, and training.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and a chance to grow with our organization.
