At CHS Inc., we are seeking a skilled and motivated Store Clerk to join our team at store 76 in Winner, SD. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and efficient experience during their visit.

Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive total rewards package, including a base wage and potential bonus, incentives, and commissions. Estimated salary: $$40,000 - $60,000 per year. Additionally, benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, life insurance, health and dependent care savings accounts, paid time off, 401(k), pension, profit sharing, short- and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours and possess basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and treat customers professionally.
- Assist customers browsing inventory or checking out items at the counter.
- Perform cashier responsibilities, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
- Display and organize products in the store for easy customer access.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise on shelves. Assist with preparation of displays and promotions as needed.
Requirements- 1+ years of experience in retail and/or retail merchandising and customer service.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
