Marketing Professor

Santa Rosa Junior College seeks an experienced Marketing Professor to join our esteemed faculty. As a key member of our Business Department, you will teach lower division transfer and occupational courses in Marketing, helping students develop essential skills in business management and marketing strategies.

• Teach a variety of Marketing courses, including introductory and advanced classes.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
• Maintain currency in field(s) of expertise through ongoing professional development and research.

• A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Education, Marketing, Advertising, or Finance.
• OR Bachelor's degree in any of the above AND Master's Degree in Economics, Accountancy, Taxation, or Law.
• OR the equivalent; OR a fully satisfied (Life) California Community College Instructor's Credential in Marketing and Distribution.
• Demonstrated instructional skills and ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated commitment to valuing and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
• Creative and innovative approaches to teaching and student learning.
• Depth of post-secondary teaching experience, specifically with community college students.

Competitive salary range: $62,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Paid sick leave and holidays.
