Job Overview

Snelling Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in residential and commercial property upkeep. The successful candidate will be tasked with conducting general repairs and maintenance on unoccupied units, alongside managing exterior property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute preventative maintenance strategies
  • Oversee inventory of maintenance tools and materials
  • Perform tasks such as tile installation, drywall handling, painting, and cleanup
  • Carry out additional maintenance responsibilities as needed
  • Engage in physical activities that require prolonged standing and lifting of heavy items

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $16-17 per hour

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and adhering to established protocols
