Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Titan Medical Group is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Walla Walla, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care services, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct patient education and training on respiratory care techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current licensure and certification in Respiratory Therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
