Ellie Mental Health is a leading provider of mental health services in Columbia, MD.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and provide individual, family, and group therapy services.

Our ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field and be licensed in their designated field.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health.

  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol.

  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.

  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.
