Job Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk will provide administrative support to the division, ensuring that all files are accurately maintained and up-to-date. This includes processing incoming documents, searching for and verifying information, and completing vouchers. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. An estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience, is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and file incoming documents, including mail orders and accounts payable
  • Search for and verify information contained in files, complete vouchers, and maintain accurate records
  • Perform miscellaneous data entry duties as required
Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to three months of related experience or training. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
