- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and ensure that care is being delivered in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in resident care and patient satisfaction.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
- Two years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards.
